Pastor Bill Ligon addresses the Georgia State Senate
On the 23rd of February 2011 Pastor Ligon was invited by the Senator from the 3rd district, William Ligon Jr., to be the Chaplain of the Senate for the day. Pastor Ligon presented the Lieutenant Governor, the distinguished Senators, and honored guests the three pillars of sound government. He also gave the leaders a copy of the book "Imparting the Blessing" as a gift and finished by imparting the blessing over the assembly and various branches of Georgia's government.
